Meet Leo.

I started my company so that I could share my love of construction with others and put my many years of expertise to good use.

My construction career began in 2000 in the world of commercial concrete. After three years, I had built a solid foundation of knowledge and experience which then helped me as I worked my way towards my goal of working on residential remodels and new construction.

In 2003 I accepted the role of Superintendent at a high-end residential General Contractor in Seattle. Although challenging at times, the role helped perfect my skill set and fine-tune my eye for detail. Whether I was hand excavating a basement or installing the finishing touches in a new home, my commitment to quality always came first. 

For many years I thought about starting my own company until, one day, I woke-up and said "today is the day". In 2016, ESC Remodel became a reality!
